The two positions are open in one of five groups in Record to Report process within Finance & Accounting, Gothenburg.

The group currently employs 20 persons and is responsible for accounting and closing of books for AB Volvo and holding companies. The group is also specialized in accounting for Payroll and pensions as well as Tax accounting for Swedish companies of Volvo Group. We use SAP R/3, SPCS and BCS.

Main tasks
• Responsible for accounting of salaries, social expenses and pensions for one or two of the Swedish group companies, which include monthly reporting to Volvo Group as well as information for annual reports and tax calculations.

• Responsible for accounting of taxes, both current and deferred taxes, for one or two of the Swedish group companies, which include monthly reporting to Volvo Group as well as information for annual reports and coordination of work with annual tax return

• continuous improvements within the line operation

Qualifications:
• Academic degree in Economy/Finance or equivalent education

• More than three years of experience from accounting

• Experience from SAP R/3

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Good command of Swedish and English both written and spoken

• Service minded

• Ability to work on your own as well in a team

• Communication and analytical skills

• Proactive on problem solving
