For our operations we are currently searching a Senior Accountant Region Asia.

The job involves carrying out and supervision of bookeeping and reporting related to the company's import operations from South East Asia and India via UAE as the transport junction and from UAE in terms o value-added products; set-up and upkeeping of contacts with Key Accounts and follow-up of orders, payments, deliveries and reclamations; warranty policies follow-up , registration, handling and follow-up of warranty cases; monitoring and proactive strategical planning following the changes in legislation and relevant regulations.

The successful candidate will possess strong business acumen with the savvy and judgment to understand and respond to a rapidly changing environment, excellent problem solving and analytical skills, combined with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, strong interpersonal skills with the maturity to quickly establish credibility and respect with broad range of business partners and government agencies, evolved organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail with a focus on quality results.

An extensive contact network in the region is a necessary condition as well as at least 5 years experience with a financial instituion, investement firm or auditing government agency in UAE, Singapore, Hong-Kong or a country of the Indian subcontinent is required.

Education requirement: Master's Degree in Economics and/or Business Administration.

Language requirements: English, Urdu, Arabian, Hindi.

This position requires ability to travel extensively and on a short notice.
