We are now looking for a talented SEM Manager, who will be a key member of the Online Marketing team and part of a happy and extremely driven multicultural company of approx. 90 people from 20 countries (based at Happy Socks' Stockholm, Sweden HQ).
We think that you have extensive hands-on experience in SEM management, and are looking to take the next step in your career. With the "perfect mix" of a sense of humor and a result-oriented and analytical mind, we believe you truly enjoy working in different cultural settings to achieve results.
You will be responsible for all SEM management, and it's crucial that you're curious about the latest technologies and best practices. A working day includes daily operations, performance improvement of our global SEM channels (incl. AdWords, Bing & Baidu), as well as working with our external SEM agencies. And lots of fun together with the team of course!
Tasks & responsibilities:
• Overseeing the day-to-day management and long-term development of all our global SEM channels
• Managing the relationship with various global SEM agencies
• Responsibility for establishing channel growth according to ambitious revenue targets
• Ensure all activities perform according to profitability targets
• Finding new ways of increasing profitability
• Working with in-house creative department & external agencies on digital creative assets production
Experience & skills:
• Google AdWords Certified
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in SEM management either from an agency or advertiser side
• Proven track record of working with Google Analytics (being Google Analytics IQ certified is a big plus)
• Proficiency in Excel
• International work experience is a plus
• Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
