We are now looking for a Security of Supply Risk Analyst. Do you have a background within souring, and enjoy working in projects? This may be the position for you!
What you'll do
The Security of Supply Risk Analyst will have primary responsibility for conducting customer focused risk analyses on supply chain and specified finished goods, developing the Sourcing Risk Finder tool in line with Supplier Risk Management Strategic Roadmap, working in conjunction with Sourcing to develop Supplier Risk metrics and analytical capability.
In addition, you will work closely with site leadership to interpret supplier risk data and develop risk mitigation plans and analyse the data to assess supply risks and prioritize recommendations for risk reduction projects. This includes the creation of business cases to justify proposed risk mitigation activities.
You will also:
Deliver customer focused risk analyses for Supply chain connected to the business, for specific finished goods.
Ensure the Supply Chain mapping initiative is developed into a class-leading program providing meaningful information on supplier risk including n-2 sub supplier risk analysis.
Support the alignment of the different risk programs with regards to scoring and tools.
Conduct and analyze supplier and sub-supplier surveys as necessary.
Lead the development of Supplier Risk capabilities, including a possible customer portal.
Support the preparation for customer visits, customer meetings and SOS days in support of customer demands and driving the value-added differentiation of the SOS program.
Plan and lead the development of Supplier Risk Analytics tools including the development funnel for Sourcing Risk Finder, DHLR Resilience 360 Continuous Incident Monitor and future Augmented Intelligence tools as appropriate. Understand and connect projects with the broader digital strategy of Sourcing and other functions.
Work closely across the business, engaging closely with customers, commercial stakeholders, Product Management, Sourcing and Supply Chain to ensure we deliver the most effective Risk Management analytics methodologies.
Develop future capabilities regarding, for example, a customer portal to ensure Cytiva's Supplier Risk Management programme maintains its "best in class" status.
Develop creative ways of visualizing data to ensure the various tools in use are appealing and easily accessible and usable by a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
Who you are
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
3 years experience in Commercial, Sourcing or Product Management roles
Excellent influencing and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop relationships.
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments.
Additional academic qualification/experience in statistical analysis and/or visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time.
