Your main responsibilities will include:
• Supporting with expert competence in the security in concept design
• Identifying business requirements and requirements of the stakeholders on the project
• Identify requiremetns for data confidentiality and legislation such as General Data Protection Regulation
• Supporting with Verification and validation of the security of the system architecture and each individual component of this system
• Verification and validation of the security of the technologies for the implementation of each component and connections between the components
• Identifying scenarios of malice, threat, hazard and risks
• Architectural review from security perspective
• Writing project documentation and its support
It is therefore required that you possess the following skills:
• Understanding in interface design in SOA / loosely coupled architecture
• Understanding in designing Micro Services
• Understanding in Cloud development
• Understanding in embedded development
• Understanding in hardware design
• Good command of and English language
• Master's degree in relevant area
Meritorious skills:
• Previous work in QA or Requirement
• Manufacturing experience
• Train or Aviation domain knowledge
• Experience in SIL 2-4
You must also demonstrate ability and experience in the following soft skills:
Broad and deep technical knowledge - The Security Manager usually has knowledge in several technological stacks at a decent level and should have a good - understanding of a few others. The Security Manager should also be prepared to compose a large number of technical documentations, reports, and diagrams.
Responsibility - A Security Manager should understand that security managers and architects decisions are usually the most expensive ones. A person in this position should take the most responsible approach to his/her work and to the decisions made.
Communicability - A good specialist should be able to talk with customers in the language of business, managers of all levels, business analysts and developers in their languages. To explain actions correctly, a Security Manager has to have natural charisma and the ability to convince people.
Stress resistance - A Security Manager works with different people from different areas, rapidly changing demands or even with changing business environments. Therefore, it is necessary to be ready for stress and to look for some ways to escape negative emotions and keep communication at a professional level even in stressful situations.
Analytic skills - One of the most important tasks is the ability to represent an abstract problem in the form of some finite real object of the system, which can be evaluated, designed and developed.
