Secretary/Commercial Assistant at the Embassy of Pakistan
The Embassy of Pakistan in Stockholm is currently looking for a Secretary/Commercial Assistant.
Work description:
• Assistant-cum-Secretary to the Commercial Counsellor.
• Maintaining and updating the database of importers & exporters of Pakistani exportable products.
• Maintaining a close liaison and coordinate with various trade bodies/organisations, chambers of commerce and government offices etc. both in Pakistan and the countries of accreditation (Sweden, Finland, Latvia and Estonia).
• Preparation of trade/economic reports and market surveys.
• Processing of trade inquiries originating from Pakistan / the countries of accreditation and ensure their proper disposal.
• Assisting in the organisation of trade delegations/fairs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business administration / Economics / Finance / Statistics.
Good IT-skills.
The Proficiency and fluency in English and Swedish is a mandatory requirement.
The candidate should also be outgoing, flexible and be prepared to work in a multicultural environment.
The monthly salary would be SEK 18, 500 before taxes.
