SD/MM consultant that wants to learn F&R
BAUHAUS in the Nordics have just embarked on the journey of replacing our legacy ERP with SAP S/4 Hana - and as part of that we are looking for an experienced F&R consultant. What is the job about?
We are looking for a consultant with SD/MM experience that wants to develop his/her skills into the Forecasting & Replenishment area (F&R) You will refer to the project manager for the SAP implementation project with a close interaction to the Head of IT.
Our future S/4 Hana solution will be based on the Model Company for Retail, including CAR, Promotion Management - and Forecast&Replenishment. It is a greenfield project and we have just started the Realize phase with the actual development (Jan. 2021).
Our current Magento webshops and Viking POS solutions will continue and will be integrated with S/4 Hana. The project team is multi-national with participants from Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Romania, Portugal and others.
Job tasks include:
Act as Product Owner for the F&R area - as we are developing our solution in an agile approach
Define requirements and coordinate setup of the technical environment
Understand and possibly maintain F&R configuration
Understand and configure F&R integration topics: with S/4, UDF, BW.
Define F&R Roles for managing access rights with the Roles & Authorization team
Own F&R related jobs scheduling (starting from why it is needed and ending with being the first person to react in case jobs fail) on S/4 and on F&R side.
Know overall system design (what has been done and why; what has been enhanced explicitly for Bauhaus, if any).
Actively participate in development, document and review of project deliverables
Advise and coordinate closely with the other teams in the project
You should expect some travel between the Nordics locations - mainly Stockholm & Aarhus - subject to corona/travel restrictions in both countries. Note: this job can be located either in Aarhus, Denmark (Tilst) or Stockholm, Sweden (Sickla) and is posted in both countries.
Your experience
In addition to your functional experience, you have a relevant educational background and solid practical SD/MM experience from SAP implementation projects in an agile setup. Experience from cross-Nordic projects/jobs is not mandatory, but an additional advantage.
Your key traits include: prioritization; structured approach; ability to meet deadlines; motivated self-starter; result oriented; team player and good communicative skills. Linguistically, you must be fluent in either Danish or Swedish as well as English (verbally and written).
