hela Sverige Do you want to help our customers implementing an agile culture, create high performance teams, train teams in scrum or Kanban or do personal coaching for managers and leaders? Or all of the above?
The position as an Agile Leader at Cybercom is all about being a role model and advisor, to listen and earn confidence as a Change Manager but also to be a bit provocative sometimes.
Perhaps you're already working as an agile coach and want to be a part of very sharp and passionate team of agile leaders at an innovative company? Or maybe you are an experienced Scrum master who wants to continue and develop yourself by working with experienced consultants as a coach? Are you a project manager in an agile organization who is ready for the next step in creating high performance teams?
The position will be shaped to fit each person. At Cybercom we recognize the uniqueness within every individual, the difference in personalities as well as the strengths and experiences each person has from working in agile environments at various clients and in several types of organizations.
