About Group IT
Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.
All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.
Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.
Here 's an opportunity to join our team as a Scrum master. We work in business focused cross border agile team and your work will be to enable the rest of the team to perform at their best and ensure that our deliveries are of high quality. We have just started our agile journey so there's also an excellent opportunity to affect the way we work.
Assignment specification
Savings & Insurance Department within Group Products IT, handles development and maintenance of systems for Swedbank Insurance Company. Our teams are cross functional and contains both IT and business competence such as requirements, development and testing.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Coach the Scrum team to deliver sustainable high velocity and quality
Continuously improve the way we work together with the team and the other Scrum masters
Manage, lead and follow up on activities and initiatives within the team
Communicate with stakeholders about ongoing and planned activities
Deal with ad hoc issues and questions
This is a role for you who have experience in:
Agile methodologies
Service management or Test management
The role requires that you have great communication skills along with a cooperative mindset. Good knowledge in both written and spoken English and Swedish is required. Certified Scrum Master is a plus but not a must.
