Join the agile team who is working with Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Digital Onboarding in our digital channels. In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Coaching the team in self-organization and cross functionality
• Help the CFT to create high value
• Remove impediments during daily work
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives
• Handle the release process for the delivery
• Continuously improve the way of working using SWAP method (Swedbank Agile Process)
• Dealing with ad hoc issues and questions
What is needed in this role:
• Able to communicate effortlessly in English, both in writing and in speech
• Able to take responsibility and self-motivated
• Experienced in working with deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives
• Familiar with agile methodologies
• Know basic JIRA and Confluence
• Have worked in sprints and agile teams
