About the Assignment
We are looking for an Order Management specialist with a strong customer focus and a hands-on approach to coordination with production units delivering medium-voltage switchgear. You will work cross-functionally and combine customer interaction with order follow-up, purchasing activities, and project coordination in an industrial environment.
Job DescriptionHandle customer inquiries and order-related questions, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Monitor and manage orders, including claims, invoicing, and required documentation.
Coordinate daily with production facilities regarding deliveries, production status, and technical clarifications.
Carry out purchasing activities such as supplier communication, order follow-up, and escalations.
Support project coordination through planning, tracking, and documentation.
RequirementsSolid experience working with SAP.
Experience in order management.
Experience in purchasing and supplier coordination.
Experience supporting project coordination/project management activities.
Technical interest or basic understanding of medium-voltage switchgear.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Nice to haveExperience working closely with production facilities/factories and delivery follow-up.
