Supply Chain Process Manager
As Supply Chain Process Manager for Hankook Tire Sweden AB, your main responsibility will be to implement Hankook Global standards and processes. You will be together with our SCM Manager responsible for securing product flows and further developing the company's logistics and distribution solutions. Together with your team, you must maintain a high quality of customer service, availability and delivery precision.
Close cooperation with the sales team is a must in order to keep the customer in focus and achieve results. In your role as Supply Chain Process Manager, you are also expected to have complete control over purchasing and delivery to all our customers in the Nordic countries (SE, DK, NO, FI, IS).
Your work assignments
For this assignment we are looking for you with at least 5 year experience as logistics / supply chain / purchasing manager. It is an advantage if you have worked in the tire industry, FMCG, e-commerce or for an international off-shore producer. You have experience of strategic work with a very good understanding of logistics and IT solutions. An added plus if you have worked with SAP or other well-known ERP / WMS systems. To succeed in this assignment, we believe that you have a very good analytical ability and that you have security and stability in yourself with the ability to visualize motivation to be able to lead a working group towards common goals.
Language skills: Fluent Korean, English and Swedish, both verbal and written is required.
You report directly to the MD and participate in the S&OP meetings held weekly.
