The SCM PI function is responsible for supporting the SCM functions within all divisions concerning improving performance of the SCM related KPIs incl. demand planning & supply planning. You'll be heading the SCM PI function - a function that needs to be built-up almost from scratch as the changes in the business environment requires a new way of working in this area. You will in addition to working close to the SCMs also work very close to the rest of the sales department as well as the Customer Fulfilment & PI department.
What will this role achieve?
As SCM PI Manager you will continously support and challenge the SCM functions in the company in order to achieve a higher performance in line with the set targets. In the end the success of the work will be reflected in higher service levels, lower costs and less capital in stock.
What will be your job scope and key deliverables?
• Monitor, analyze and improve overall SCMs KPI performance
• Build an effective and well valued SCM PI function within SENA
• Drive and support SCM PI related projects
• Develop and monitor SCM related KPI's dashboards
• Support various SCM related reporting to top management
• Handle adhoq requests from HQ/EHQ
• Direct manager of SCM PI specialist (1 FTE)
What do we need for this role?
We need someone who is an analytic do:er and not afraid of decision-making and taking on resposibility. We think the person we're looking for has an ability to multi-task, manage, organize and proritize tasks effectively. We look for someone who is communicative and can interact within the company across the different functions.
• A solid background in SCM
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in SAP
• Understanding of Logistics operation, supply chain process and database structure and data modelling
• Leadership experience - both people management and project leadership skills
• Project experience is a must
• English working proficiency is a requirement
• Swedish and Korean language proficiency is advantageous
