We are now recruiting the very best staff to teach in our school and we currently require a qualified School Counsellor to join our school in our fantastic working environment.
Brief description of the company:
Internationella Engelska Skolan in Umeå will be opening in a newly renovated and furnished building at Bölevägen 44, Umeå in August 2015. We are a part of the organisation, Internationella Engelska Skolan i Sverige AB (IES). Half of the tuition is in English and the remainder in Swedish. We are a school with fundamental values; The central pillars of what we offer our students are:
• To command the English language - the key to the world. Up to half of our teaching is in English, performed by certified native English-speaking teachers.
• A safe and orderly environment, where teachers can teach and students learn.
• High academic expectations.
Internationella Engelska Skolan's results on the national tests are far above average for Swedish schools.
Our schools are approved by the National Schools Inspectorate (Skolinspektionen) and follow the Swedish curriculum. There are no fees to attend. In compliance with the school law, we base admission on the principle of first-come, first-served.
