We have an exciting opening coming up for a Content Scheduler to join Nordic Entertainment Groups Content Programming team.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO

You will be responsible for creating and planning the schedules for the Viasat Film and Viasat Series channels. You will work closely with other teams to continuously improve and optimize the content workflows and to drive viewing at Viasats and Viaplays platforms. The responsibility of this position will include planning all channel branding, continuity elements, and on-air promotion. You will create and download schedule playlists, with correct timings for all programs, fillers and interstitials and ensure that these are delivered on time for the four Viasat Film channels and Viasat Series.

You will also request promotional material from our Creative Services Team and ensure that premieres and monthly thematic content specials are promoted in the best way possible across all channels.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

For us it is always important to find new team members who are very communicative, service minded and have an eye for detail. For this role, we are also looking for someone with:

• Movies and series knowledge and interest

• Fluency in Swedish and English

• A pro-active attitude and ability to act on own initiative across departments

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and co-ordinate workflows

• Previous content scheduling experience is a great advantage but not essential
