Vattenfall IT is the internal provider of IT services for the entire Vattenfall Group. and supports the organization with business as well as IT relevant knowledge and expertise utilizing the external market and enforcing standardization in order to optimize cost efficiency.
Billing & Contract Customer IT Sweden builds and runs a Billing solution based on SAP IS-U and SAP CRM supporting internal Vattenfall business (Sales, Distribution, Heat and Customer Service). Billing & Contract Customer IT Sweden is now looking for two new colleages.
Are you the SAP IS-U Application Consultant we are looking for?
As part of our application maintenance team you will provide expertise to ensure that sustainable solutions are designed, developed, implemented and maintained and you will contribute to quality assurance activities to meet business needs.
Your main responsibilities as a SAP IS-U Application Consultant
• Maintain a continuous dialogue with business stakeholders, conduct daily system monitoring activities, handle and resolve incidents, create functional designs for error corrections, take on small assignments and projects.
• Secure that implemented changes fulfill business requirements and are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies / guidelines.
• Coordinate changes and collaborate with other departments
Your qualifications as an Application Consultant
• Proactive, self-driven and highly motivated
• Good collaborative skills and ability to work independently as well as in various (virtual) teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to set the right priorities
• Ability to make accurate cost- and time estimates for changes
• Experience of system configuration within SAP IS-U
• Curiosity about and interest in the latest changes on the Swedish electricity market (Rules and regulations)
• Knowledge of how to translate business requirements into functional and technical design in close cooperation with business stakeholders and ABAP development team
• Relevant functional knowledge and experience related to SAP IS-U e.g.
o Service Notification/Order
o EDM
o Device Management
o Market communication (EDIEL) and Idoc processes
o Web Services
• Role model in guiding and mentoring your colleagues to secure long-term competence and continuity within the team
Must have:
• Relevant work experience in the field of SAP IS-U
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
• ABAP developer skills including debugging
• Functional knowledge and experience related to SAP IS-U Billing processes
• Knowledge about Workflow
• Functional knowledge of relevant SAP modules e.g. PM, SD, CRM
• Bachelor's (BSc) or Master's degree (MSc) in computer science or equivalent
• Basic Swedish, both written and spoken
• Experience with and knowledge of industry frameworks and methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, and ITIL
Location: Stockholm, Umeå
Travels: The position will require some travel between Vattenfall locations
