• creating sales bids and estimates - with technical support from our highly skilled Service execution team and R&D department - for the complete and wide range of products, services and solutions offered by Marine Services, Sweden
• participating in technical and commercial discussions and negotiations with customers; by phone/video conferencing or in live meetings.
• owning the hand-over process from Service Sales to Service Execution; for all sold service jobs, widely ranging from simple on-demand interventions up to large retrofit projects; driving and securing all such hand-overs in each case, involving not only Service Execution team but also the Service coordinator and Field engineers
• own execution & project management of simple (limited scope) jobs
• follow-up of all sold jobs towards our customers
• financial follow-up of all sold jobs
• support to Branch Manager, in monthly reporting, forecasting and planning, as well as Global Marine sales co-ordination activities
The main responsibility of the position will be in supporting our global sales activities and service management, with a special focus on high-quality quotation/bid production towards Marine Services sales executives, in the Sweden home office as well as in the Miami, Singapore, Dubai and other Global Marine Services offices. In this role, you also own the responsibility for handing over the sold jobs to the Service execution team in a seamless manner.
Position Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical engineering, or equivalent, with an orientation towards refrigeration, thermodynamics and/or energy systems engineering
• Experience in high level, high value B2B sales
• Business acumen & strategic thinking
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills, both in writing and verbally.
• Fluent in English and Swedish
