hela Sverige RaySearch is now looking for a Salesforce Admnistrator to join the Service team in our modern and thriving organization. This fulltime position is based at our new head office in central Stockholm.
Salesforce is a very important tool in the work with our sales, marketing and support processes. We are therefore looking for a Salesforce administrator to be responsible for the day to day management of our company's Salesforce environment as well as for implementation of new features.
You will be in charge of ensuring a high quality of the data and of maintaining the system. This includes, but is not limited to, profiles, security, workflow rules, record types, page layouts and objects. You are also expected to implement new features and educate end users on how to use the system in the best way. A part of your job will be to participate in implementing business processes for the sales, marketing and service team to improve the workflow.
At RaySearch you will hold the main responsibility of the CRM system. Since you are the main expert, your own ideas about how to advance the system will be important in the configuration and development of the system.
Education of the end users of Salesforce is important to RaySearch. Since we have a global organization, the position will include travelling all over the world.

The Department
The central Service Department of RaySearch is located at the headquarters in Stockholm and acts as a support to the several local service departments of our existing and future subsidiaries and distributors globally. RaySearch's Service Department is responsible for all installations, training and support of our products to our customers.
This role lies within the Service department, but includes interaction and collaboration with all departments and subsidiaries of RaySearch.
Personal Profile
In order to be successful in this role you should be used to working in an international environment and have good written and verbal communication skills. We would like you to be flexible and to prefer to work in a structured manner. As a person you are service minded, positive and social. You are used to working independently, taking initiatives and working proactively.
To apply for this position you should have experience from working with the Salesforce CRM system. It is a merit if you have basic understanding of business strategies, experience with APEX programming and other Salesforce.com certifications. It is also a merit if you are a certified Salesforce.com Administrator and teaching experience.

• Relevant academic qualifications
• Experience of customer support
• Experience from teaching
• Experience from working in small and large projects
• Experience with APEX programming is meriting
Knowledge
• Certified Salesforce.com administration
• Basic understanding of business strategies
• Other Salesforce.com certifications
• Excellent language skills in English and preferably Swedish.
