We are now looking for a Sales Coordinator Amazon Europe, to support in our journey with driving profitable and sustainable growth.
As Sales Coordinator Amazon Europe you will be part of developing our EU Amazon Vendor strategy from an EU perspective and support the BA Europe and the local markets with supporting the day to day work with Amazon to drive sales and profitability. Hence you will have a cross market responsibility and support local and EU teams in their work with ranging, pricing, KPI management and other sales supporting tasks to maximize the effects on Amazon.

Furthermore, you will (be):
Supporting the EU KAM(s) in the daily work including back office tasks, sales forecasts, ranging and active sales tracking
Prepare Bi-weekly country calls
Monitor and track Amazon KPIs on EU level and prepare them to perfection to derive data driven decisions
Manage and maintain systems and data sheets to track deals, budgets and sell-out relevant investments
Close collaboration with EU and local KAMs, marketing teams and sales operations to plan and coordinate PO management, marketing spendings, deals, promotions, sponsored products and many more
Take the lead in coordinating products activation across EU markets
Collaborate with EU and local sales, marketing, supply chain and product line to activate the Amazon assortment and maximize the impact on consumers on Amazon
Update data in Vendor Central (Amazon system)
Developing understanding of the Amazon environment and the opportunities for each category
Challenge given structures, identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies and solutions for the Amazon setup

Who you are:
You have a few years' experience from eCommerce and Amazon
Relevant bachelor's degree
Proven analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel
Strategic thinking, Strong presentation and communication skills
You can successfully work and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams including Sales Managers, IT, Marketers and business leaders with sales drive and passion for growth
You are comfortable with working in a large corporation environment with many markets, cultures, and stakeholders.
You are a highly motivated change agent that can push against the status quo and seed new ideas, new ways of thinking, and new ways of working.

You will be part on the European Amazon Team, reporting to the Director Amazon EU.
