The Freight business at Stena Line has one of Europe 's biggest route network that connects key ports in northern Europe. Our department is responsible for all commercial freight sales and marketing for the freight business within Stena Line. We 're now looking for a Sales Support/Indoor Sales person that shares our ambition to always offer the best freight solution for our customers.
What will you do?
Not all of our staff works at sea, believe it or not! As a Sales Support/Indoor Sales person you play an important role in the operational business within freight and you have a close collaboration with both customers and colleagues. Train transportation is today also a big part of the work we do, where you will support with administration of the new train network that emerges.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Support outside sales with statistics, analyzes and negotiating contracts
• Be responsible for a smaller customer portfolio
• Be in contact with customers regarding prices, invoices etc.
• Make customer- and market research
• Update systems and make our work processes more efficient
• Be a big part of the agreement process
• Be a part of different IT-projects
Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. First of all, you are passionate about logistics, transportation and customer service. You are a team-player who knows how to collaborate with both customers and colleagues to achieve common goals. As a person you are flexible, communicative and used to working at high speed on different tasks. You are not afraid of taking initiatives and you have the ability to work in a solution-oriented and structured way, which will definitely come in handy in this role.
The must-haves:
• University degree within Logistics/Transport or equivalent
• Experience from the freight/transport industry
• Experience working with sales
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Driving license
Experience working with European transportation is definitely a plus!

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gothenburg within Business Region Denmark and our Freight department.
