Our Business Operations department assist the business with business intelligence, analysis, process support and system support. We are now looking to expand our Business Operations team with a Sales Operations Specialist.
As Sales Operations Specialist you will act as a link between Sales, Business Operations and Finance. You will help to support the sales department to log business opportunities in the CRM system, to ensure that dates, licenses, license fees and invoice addresses are correct. You will validate that our customers have access to the right licenses and plans in our web-service, that they receive the correct invoice, that it's booked correctly in the CRM system and that the sales reps receive the correct commission. You will also help the department with simpler CRM administration such as updating records and aggregating simple reports.
Sales Operations Specialist is a key position in the continuous improvement of our business processes and you will play a central part in further developing Mynewsdesk to a well oiled sales machine.
Your main tasks will be to:
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Business Operations
• Validate opportunities, contracts, invoices, licenses and commission
• Educate and support co-workers in our sales and business processes
• Provide input to continuous improvement of our sales- and business processes
• CRM administration
This position is a great starting point for further career development into CRM administration or accounting.
We are looking for you that have:
• 1-3 years work life experience
• Experience from CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Proficient in English
