hela Sverige As Sales & Marketing (S&M) Business Controller you work with sales, marketing, competitive and business intelligence. You map all of Strip's business proactively, by analyzing and interpreting the numbers and then drawing conclusions and making recommendations to the management team. You actively work together with S&M, Finance, Logistics and GPMs, acting as a link between these and making sure their actions are synchronized in their business activities.
Furthermore, you are responsible for potential projects linked to business activities and take part in the management work of S&M.
We are looking for someone with a degree in Finance as well as experience from sales, marketing and competitive intelligence. Experience as a controller is considered a plus. As we operate in an international setting, your communication skills in Swedish and English are excellent, both verbally and in writing.

You are analytical and pedagogical at the same time, making it possible for you to translate numbers and statistics into comprehensible terms and recommendations for decision makers. You also like working with an external focus and have an interest in markets, the business and customers, as well as the ability to analyze the same. As this is a global position, where you work over different time zones and cultures, you need to have excellent communication skills, making it easy for you to build relations and cooperate with people from all over the world.
