The position
We are looking for two Sales Managers to drive the sales of Roxtec's value-added services, including onsite inspections and digital tools, which complement our certified sealing solutions. On-site services and efficient digital tools that enhance installation quality will play an important part in our long-term goal to protect life and assets and enable operational reliability for our customers.
You will work both independently and with local sales teams.
Key responsibilities
• Sales, offering, and support for the marketing of Roxtec's value-added services
• Communicate with local sales teams regarding ongoing activities
• Establish and follow action plans for the agreed period
• Maintain contact with existing customers and generate new ones
• Continuously register and maintain all contacts, activities, and projects in the CRM system
• Conduct meetings with existing and new customers with clear objectives and high quality
• Manage prices, discounts, and follow-ups on all offerings
• Achieve sales targets, activity goals, and budgets
• Inform the Senior Sales Manager about projects, activities, and sales development through the CRM system
Qualifications
• Experience in services/system sales
• Experience in CRM systems
• Technical skills/experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
