We are looking for a person with great drive to lead and grow the OEM business of Seals & Bearings.
Responsibilities:
• Grow the OEM business through excellent customer relations
• Strategic target setting and roadmapping for long-term goals
• Ensure focus on OEM accounts within the responsibility areas of both Service Units' and network companies' account managers as well as S&B dedicated sales force
• Cooperate with sales managers in Service Units in closing OEM contracts
• Educate internal partners on OEM products and prepare the team in Service Units' sales organisations in identifying and approaching potential OEM opportunities
• Participate in seminar and exhibitions to understand market needs and market drivers
• Marketing efforts to promote OEM business
• Play a leading role in ensuring that ISO 9001/2000 standard is complied with
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and the company's Health and Safety obligations
• Preparedness for frequent travelling
Education:
Degree in Ship Science with Engineering Management, Engineering degree or similar experience
• Fluency in English, additional language skills are an advantage - Significant sales experience in the marine market
• Strategic planning and target setting skills
• Excellent customer focus, costomer understanding and customer relationship management skills
• Market and competitor knowledge
• Good knowledge of propulsion products
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Cost effective thinking
• Negotiation and influencing skills
