Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager responsible for our OEM customers within the Entertainment Lighting area, your sales territory includes the whole world except for North America. The customer base in our OEM business consists of the majority of the larger OEMs from the stage, film and broadcasting, and architectural segments. You will act as a Key Account Manager for our existing customers but also make sure that we stay updated on new potential customers. You will maintain and build long-term relationships with our customers as well as their manufacturers.

An important part of your role is to actively support and participate in lighting industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings worldwide. Travel is part of your work, and you are responsible for planning when and to what extent it is needed to maintain your customer relationships.

You will also contribute to the internal sales work and product development together with the R&D department. Documentation and administration in our CRM- and ERP systems is a natural part of your work.

About you
Experience in the entertainment lighting industry and knowledge about our products are, of course, advantages but for this position we are focusing on your potential and your ability to create long-term business relationships.

Since we are a tech company, we expect you to be curious about technology, even though deep technical knowledge is not a requirement for this position. You will be able to use technical documentation to help our customers and learn along the way.

• Knowledge of B2B sales where you are comfortable in handling the entire sales process independently.
• A genuine interest in technology - You find it easy to understand how our technology can create new opportunities and value for the customer.
• Fluent in English.
