hela Sverige We are looking for a bright and driven person to join and lead our digital partner sales channels in Sweden. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.
In order to be truly agile in our way of work, we have organized all our marketing and digital interactions into three Tribes: Sales & Marketing, CLM & Engagement and Service & Support. The Tribes consist of cross functional, self-governing Squads delivering value in different parts of the customer lifecycle.

You're passionate about sales and marketing
As a Digital Partner Sales Manager your primary focus will be to maximize Telenor's Broadband and TV sales through external digital partner sites. You plan, execute, optimize and follow up sales campaigns making sure the Telenor offer stays relevant and attractive, for our partners and customers.
Equally important will be to identify and introduce new sales channels and partnerships to broaden our digital distribution capacity and increase our digital share of sales.
You will be part of a cross functional agile squad with a joint mission to increase Telenor's digital sales for Broadband and TV. You will make this happen in close cooperation with your colleagues in the squad; web editors, designers and analysts as well as colleagues outside of your squad.

You
In order for you to thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you should have experience within sales and account management. As a big part of the role is marketing we also think you should have experience of driving marketing and sales campaigns, preferably digitally. You have excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills and know how to handle multiple stakeholders, externally and internally.
