hela Sverige As our Sales Manager you are responsible for managing the unit Medical Surgical Systems in Denmark strategically and operationally according to defined targets. This includes setting, monitoring and delivering annual sales targets within the local market along the strategic direction of the business. Additionally in this role you will be responsible for preparing and submitting sales budgets and forecasts. You will work with a KAM (Key Account Management) approach, you establish and maintain personal contacts with key customers (high level hospital management) and opinion leaders and also actively participate in relevant health associations.
Furthermore you are coaching and supervising a team of 6 Sales Representatives. You are based at the Danish headquarters in Brøndby (outside Copenhagen) and report in direct line to the Business Unit Manager Medical Surgical Systems Nordic.

Publiceringsdatum2012-09-21KvalifikationerThe position requires an academic degree and sales experience. It is desired that you have 1-2 years experience in leading, managing and developing people within clinic or marketing. We see it as a great advantage if you have previous experience from the healthcare industry and have been working with tender management.
You are fluent in English and in Danish both orally and in writing; understanding other Scandinavian languages is an advantage. It is important that you are familiar with the Danish culture.
You are a strong in building relationships, have customer focus and are service minded. We are looking for a person that takes responsibility and is able to "think out of the box". As a person you inspire confidence and you are a good leader and real team player.
