hela Sverige We are looking for someone to build our sales team. You will get the opportunity to build our sales team from scratch. You will start off with selling the product yourself and simultaneously building the team.
We give our customers an employer branding platform. A modern career page, an applicant tracking system, simple & smart ways to involve your team in recruiting and market your company. So who is the perfect match? Well, we think it helps if you:
• Experience from working with social media/marketing or HR (employer branding is a jackpot!)
• Built & managed sales teams
• Result oriented
• Like to talk infront of large groups of people/holding seminars
• Wants to invest 2-3 years to really achieve something big
• You will work with a very expericed product team.
We have developed B2B SaaS services used by over 5000 companies today.
Oh, yes we are a start-up but we already got almost 3000 users in our system and our largest customer has over 3500 employes and our smallest 2 people.
We have proven that our service is sellable, we know our customers are happy. Our challenge lies in the getting in contact with the right decision makers and making sure that sign the line which is dotted. So, we/you need to build a team and put together processes in order to evangelize our message on a larger scale.
Oh, and just to be clear... There are two types of people at Teamtailor, the ones that build the product or the ones that sell the product. We are not much into strategy, we are more into doing stuff. Building a team means you need to be the best sales person, lead by example.
This position is located in Stockholm.
