Sales Manager - internati onal packaging industry
A&R Carton is looking for a Sales Manager with strong profi le to
further develop and expand our business in the Swedish market.
In your role as Sales Manager for A&R Carton your main focus will be to develop new businesses in Sweden. As A&R have been present in the market for many years, you will also have the responsibility for maintaining/developing existi ng business.
Our customers are well known brand owners producing into the Swedish and internati onal markets, so that the packaging and soluti ons you will sell is very much a vital part of our customers' branding. You will be handling business supplied from our Nordic plants and should therefore be comfortable with dealing with internati onal business and cultures. The job requires travelling 2-3 days a week. You will be part of the Nordic sales organizati on and will report to the Sales Director for A&R Carton Nordic.
Your profi le:
We are looking for a person with experience in sales and business development. Preferably experience from an internati onal business environment. You have documented sales results from previously where you have been able to establish
relati ons and build up successful business. Experience within the packaging industry is an advantage. You also have documented relevant commercial background. As a person you are extravert, proacti ve, result orientated, persistent and focused. You are comfortable with building up long term relati ons and dealing on management level both internally and externally. Swedish is your mother tongue and you master English both orally and in writi ng as the company language is English. Other Nordic languages and German are an advantage.
