ArbetsuppgifterHÜBNER 's aftermarket business in Sweden and Scandinavia is currently being managed by the company 's headquarters in Germany. We see great potential in the Scandinavian rail and bus aftermarket and are therefore creating a proactive and local sales organization there. The first step in this development is to hire a Sales Manager who will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
As our Sales Manager you will be an important link between the Scandinavian market and our HQ in Germany. Together we will build a successful and strong subsidiary that offers the Scandinavian rail and bus transport industry high quality components and systems for their aftermarket needs. With your knowledge of the market you will make business plans based on substantial business cases and ROI calculations. By working with market and competitor analysis you will also be able to ensure that our services will be the best that the market has to offer.
With the increased local presence that your position will mean, HÜBNER will build strong and long lasting relationships with our customers, who can be sure of getting our expert support. You will be working closely with our service partners and you will also extend our network of service partners, aiming for a future region-wide service and maintenance solution.
You will report to our service director in Germany and be based in Stockholm, Sweden. Travels will occur both to our HQ in Germany as well as to customers in the other Scandinavian countries.
ProfilIn order to suit the role, you have sales experience from a technical industry. It is advantageous if you have experience from aftermarket business. You are accustomed to commercial business and to customer contacts. You are also an experienced computer and system user and master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
You are an independent and a result oriented person and you have a strong and analytical business mind. You work in a structured way and you are good at prioritizing and planning your time and contribution. Furthermore, you are an outgoing and social person who enjoys the social meeting with other people.
