The Partner Sales Engineer is responsible for expanding the local partner channel business in line with FlexLink strategy and partner business plan. Partner Sales Engineer needs to work close with the local sales organization and with local partners to be able to achieve set targets.
The job covers developing the customer base including System Builders, OEM?s, and Integrators. This is carried out by a mix of customer visits, networking, and driving, and coordinating sales and marketing activities.
The role involves many partner discussions, where minimum half of the working time shall be devoted to these visits.
The main tasks of yours will include:
• Represent FlexLink, create business opportunities, manage the sales process and close deals together with all indirect customers for the complete customer offer provided by FlexLink AB. The business can end up both as indirect and direct sales.
• For customers located in sales regions focus is on indirect customers. Business opportunities will be managed in close collaboration with regional sales responsible.
• Day-to-day running sales visits, quotation presentation, CRM update, forecasting, etc.
• Detect the potential and develop the sales
• Support the partners with sales and in developing applications
• Promote and sell the complete FlexLink offer
• Develop, implement and follow through the annual business plan for partner sales in Nordic
• Close cooperation with Head Of Sales, Regional sales Engineers, Application engineering and Operations department
• Working with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop a Sales Plan
• Responsible to fulfill the budgeted annual OI for partner sales
• Implement the Group Strategy and development of the local Business Plan
• Manage the complete DASAC process for all opportunities in the partner sales channel.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities needed to succeed in this role are:
• Financial awareness & business understanding
• Customer relationship on multiple levels
• The market and the customer environment and needs
• Sales experience on field of investment goods
• English and Swedish, spoken and written. Additional language ? Danish, Finnish or Norwegian is a bonus
• Excellent communication/presentation skills
• Result driven

• Individual drive and winner instinct
• Independent
• Business understanding
• Going for quality in everything he/she does
• Willingness to travel frequently locally and abroad
• Good computer skills, office, CAD, CRM, E-tools
Education and experience:
• Master of Science in Engineering or Commercials
• At least five years of experience of automation
• The candidate shall preferably have experience from the packaging industry and FMCG.
• Technical production system sales experience > 5 years
• Project engineering production systems experience > 5 years (or similar)
