Now BU GPHE is looking for a Sales Developer where we give you the possibility to work in a global environment and playing an important part in growing and developing the sales of gasketed plate heat exchangers to the Petrochemicals industry. High quality products and more than 40 years of experience of customer understanding has enabled us to build a premium market position. You will be part of a global team of sales engineers and sales developers growing and developing this business.

Who you are
Who are you?We are looking for you with a genuine interest in supporting and managing business. You like to take initiatives and want to be involved in major decisions. We want you to be a team player, since global cooperation is important for our business. It also involves building networks within Alfa Laval and among our important customers. Ideally you have some years of experience from international GPHE business, a solid understanding of CAS and the Petrochemicals processes, and project orders.We offer good professional and personal development opportunities in an active international and growing business. An ideal opportunity to gain marketing experience and grow in a different and exciting business environment. You will gain knowledge of our technologies and business areas and you will also develop an understanding of international business, commercial work and cultural awareness.
Good knowledge in spoken and written English is a must as well as good interpersonal skills.
Masters degree in chemical engineering or similar is required.Responsibilities

Supporting and developing the GPHE business within your area of responsibility
Evaluate technical and commercial offers with local sales engineers, aiming to find the best strategy to win the project
Calculate and configure heat exchanger solutions
Travel to sales companies and customers for process and business discussions
Support and monitor ongoing large projects, before and after order
Set up and follow up business initiatives together with local sales people for our base business
Actively involve of stakeholder within the Alfa Laval organisation
Actively improve our knowledge in our customers' processes


PracticalitiesYou will likely be based in Lund and should enjoy travelling globally about 60 days/year.
