We are looking for a Sales Area Manager EMEA for our Business Unit Heating Materials.
About the role:
You will be a part of an international organization with a Swedish legacy in Heating Material products for Wire, Strip and high-quality steel- and alloys. As a Sales Area Manager, you'll head our EMEA sales organization with sales professionals in Italy, Germany, France and Finland.
With your passion for sales management, inclusive leadership and culture, collaboration, value-based selling and data driven decisions, you'll contribute to our future journey delivering world class products to our customers. You will be responsible for setting the sales area's business plan and the execution of the activities. You will also be accountable for achieving the sales area's sales goals and business development targets together with your team.
With your eagerness to excel you will work together with the organization to develop and strengthen our sales professionals for future success and competence development.
With consistency take responsibility for the sales area forecast on customer, industry segment, and product level. Also being responsible for key accounts within your area.
With curiosity driving business intelligence activities including competitor activities, industry segment behaviour etc.
You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director for Business Unit Heating Materials.
About You
For this role we are looking for someone with a university degree within Engineering or Sales Management. You have at least 5 years of experience in different sales management roles. We believe you feel confident in your capabilities and are eager to take your expertise to the next level. Leadership that emphasizes the importance of teamwork, diversity, -inclusion and compassion are deal breakers for us; a workplace spirit that we believe you value as well. As a leader you understand the bigger picture and see it as one of your biggest tasks to communicate to and share this with your organization
We think it is important that you have experience from leading a truly global team and act on distance.
The location of the position is flexible, preferably in Hallstahammar, Italy, Germany, France or Finland.
