• You have work experience or an education in the area Safety & Security.
• You have excellent communication skills.

• You can comfortably handle unclear or unpredictable situations.
• You have the ability to perform and deliver the business in a fast changing environment.
You have excellent skills in English, both spoken and written. You know how to work Office 365 and you have basic IT skills and knowledge about Skype/Teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you will provide knowledge and give advice within the field Safety & Security, in order to prevent all kind of damages. You will manage the daily business together with relevant stakeholders and inform the site management on risks and necessary actions.
Your main tasks will be:
• Lead and inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness and promote a safety & security culture, and thereby support growth and maximization of business value.
• Maintain policies, standard operation procedures, guidance and templates in the area of safety.
• Follow framework for programs and work structures in order to meet the standards set by government laws and regulations as well as internal IKEA policies.
• Plan, conduct and follow up internal safety checks.
• Be responsible for duty, training of the rescue team and regular evacuation trainings.
• Be working with the security systems and access control systems and also be the contact person by a security alarm.
