What you will do
You will conduct risk assessments in various risk areas such as credit, interest rate, and operational risks and report them to the Management Team and the Board of Directors. You will also review and update internal steering documents, procedures, and processes and identify upcoming changes in the regulatory framework.
Other tasks include consolidating and following up on incidents and identified breaches, assisting in developing, implementing, and monitoring SFA's risk and compliance program as well as coordinating follow-ups on findings from other control functions and Internal Audit.
For the right candidate, the position is an excellent starting point for a career within GRC and Scania Financial Services. You will also be a part of the global Scania Financial Services Risk and Compliance network. The position may require some traveling to the SFA branches.

What we are looking for
We are open to Junior Analysts with no experience as well as Analysts with several years' experience. The most important for us is finding a candidate with the right mindset and the following profile:
• A University degree in Law or Economics.
• Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
Meritorious is if you have experience from a supervisory authority, financial services/captive, finance company, audit, or law firm.
You are structured, plan your work and keep deadlines. You are confident and stick up for your own views but know that it often requires adapting to find a win-win solution to reach common goals. You also have an analytical mindset and solve problems without losing sight of long-term strategies.
