Originally from Stockholm, our products are loved by thousands of women around the world. Although we started exclusively online, we opened our first offline store in Central Stockholm in early 2022.

Job description
As a Guest Experience and Sales Adviser in our Stockholm flagship store, you will provide our guests and customers with a wow and remarkable in-store experience. You will be the face of Ninepine - engaging with and delighting our guests. You will be the go-to expert in educating customers about our design ethos, product details and brand philosophy.
Key responsibilities
Understand everything there is to know about Ninepine's products, philosophy, brand and customers.
Delight guests with a remarkable and wow customer experience
Assist and educate guests and customers about their product needs so they can thrive in their daily life
Empathise and connect with guests, and value their feedback
Take initiative in building our community by owning customer interactions in the store and online
Take responsibility for the store's operations: ensuring the store is clean and tidy, clothes are steamed etc.
Take shared ownership of the store's sales goals
Promote Ninepine's brand and design philosophy in and out of the store.
Work together with the rest of the Ninepine team to help improve our offerings, products and brand.
About you
You are passionate about aesthetic design and women's fashion
You're all about the active and healthy lifestyle: you're interested in activities such as working out, yoga, pilates, running, tennis etc.

Eligibility and requirements
Spoken and written fluency in English
There is no hard requirement for Swedish fluency (written or spoken) but this is seen as a merit
High school diploma
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally authorized to work in Sweden
Availability
Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, summer months and holidays
