We're particularly proud of our works within retail experience and social media where we help clients create branded shopper interactions in a digital, content and social world driven by the best user experience. Our primary client is Samsung Electronics, leader in consumer electronics and technology.
We are now looking for an additional member to our RX (Retail Experience) Department, located at the Cheil office in Kista, Stockholm.
The job
The project manager's role is to lead projects from brief to completion, while managing quality, timings, budget and the team.
The primary focus for this role are the on-site channels: retail concepts (brand stores, shop-in-shops), design and builds of displays and shop solutions, events & tradeshow concepts, product launches, tech integration in retail contexts (apps, digital signage, 3D lightning), product events, as well as marketing material for retail (point of sales material).
As Project Manager you work in tandem with our client service team to define projects that delivers to client expectations and are then in charge of executing the projects.
You will be running simultaneous projects with high demands on client communication and expectation management, while at the same time being on top of both big and small issues. At your side you have a creative team ensuring that we develop the best solutions.
Cheil is a global network, with 6000 + employees, and there is always the possibility to collaborate on ideas, tap into others knowledge share activities within our network.
Your Background
• You probably have 3-5 years of experience from production/project management within Marketing Communication, and a few years within the Retail/Event sector where you have hands-on experience from product launches, event planning and delivering retail concepts to drive sales.
• You have in-depth experience of running several simultaneous projects with high demands on client communication, many contacts with sub-contractors, managing expectations' synchronization and being on top of top of both big and smaller issues.
• You have preferably worked with international brands.
• Knowledge of the Nordic internet/mobile channel marketing landscape is a plus, as is knowledge of Consumer Electronics and CE-products.
• Experience from the agency world is a plus.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English
