Operational Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is maintained appropriately.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
Schedule shifts, considering peak times and staff availability.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and implementing training programs as necessary.
Customer Service:
Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure all staff provide top-notch customer service at all times.
Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Oversee the restaurant's budget and financial planning.
Monitor daily sales and expenses, ensuring profitability.
Prepare detailed financial reports and analyze them to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
Engage with customers on social media platforms, promoting special offers and events.
Organize special events or themed nights to attract customers.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain up-to-date licenses, permits, and certifications for the restaurant.
Keep accurate records of employee details, sales, and other important data.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and quality products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience working in a restaurant, preferably in a managerial role.
Possession of a Swedish driving license for a car.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
A deep understanding of the restaurant industry and latest trends.
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts amicably.
