We ensure our poké mirrors the authentic flavors of Hawaii due to our marination method, this makes our poké so special. By pre-marinating our sushi grade fish, we're guaranteeing you a mouthful of flavor in every bite. We are always keeping up with the times and offer four different vegan proteins to match all our sauces which are vegan.
