The role of the Resourcing Manager is to work closely with the business and to deliver against their recruitment needs. This role will support the SunGard buiness which is responsible for the products known as Front and Adaptiv. The primary focus of this position will be recruitment in the Swedish market but the position holder will also support the business in its recruitment efforts in other EMEA countries, such as Germany and Switzerland, as required.
Key Responsibilities are to:
• Design innovative sourcing strategies to ensure vacancies are filled with qualified and talented individuals and that candidates are sourced in a cost effective manner
• Build collaborative relationships with key Business contacts and understand their recruitment needs
• Support Hiring Managers to plan and execute recruitment drives and campaigns
• Communicate and support the established internal recruitment processes
• Take comprehensive job and person specifications from Hiring Managers and advise them of the relevant recruitment procedures
• Build collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners and work co-operatively to ensure a streamlined candidate experience
• Build partnerships with external suppliers, negotiate contracts and review service
• Shortlist candidates and help the Hiring Manager to select candidates for interview
• Plan and organise selection activities and events
• Management candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle with a high degree of candidate care
• Interview candidates using competency based interviewing techniques
• Understand compensation structures and negotiate offers with candidates
• Build collaborative relationships within the Global Talent Acquisition team and contribute to global projects
Essential Experience Required:
• Previous in-house / onsite recruitment experience within the Swedish financial industry and/or IT market
• Prior and significant experience recruiting for one or more of the following areas: technology, finance, sales, risk, consulting - at mid to senior level
• Previous experience in a fast-moving international environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle high volume, multi-location, multi-geography recruitment
• Experience of sourcing candidates in a fast-paced environment through database searches and social networks
• Knowledge of Swedish and other EMEA Job Boards for sourcing of IT and financial services candidates
• Competency based interviewing experience
• Knowledge of relevant employment legislation
Essential Skills Required;
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills including managing competing expectations, building relationships and engendering trust
• Fluency in both English and Swedish
• High level communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately to different stakeholder groups in person
• Solid IT skills
• Strong organization and proven negotiation skills
• Previous exposure to recruitment systems
Qualifications:

• HR / Recruitment qualification is desirable
