For the position of RESH Manager (Risk, Environment, Safety and Health) within the Falkenberg factory we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious colleague.
Falkenberg Plant, with approx. 350 employees, is characterized by a modern organization and advanced technology machine lines. Development of new technology and product upgrades and improvements are a continuous process, and most of our product assortment is "fast moving consumer goods". In Falkenberg plant, baby diapers and incontinence products are manufactured, primarily for Nordic and central/eastern Europe.
Main Tasks
As RESH Manager you manage the department (7 employees) and contribute to the achievement of the plant's strategy.
Your main responsibility areas are Risk Management, Environment, Safety, Health and Facility Management.
You are responsible for development of the organizational capability to get the expected results (zero accidents).
You will provide leadership, give direction and coach.
You are responsible for the implementation and follow up of systems and standards (Essity Road Map enablers) and are part of the global RESH network in developing them.
You are head of Emergency/First aid.
You are the company responsible towards the local union safety representatives and lead the Safety committee.
You will provide expert support to the operations/supply chain managers to implement the Essity Sustainability Program and the associated goals to secure and ensure that the site complies with laws and regulations.
You are part of the factory management team.
Key Competencies
You have a relevant technical degree,(preferably BSc or MSc in Fire Protection, Risk Management and/or Occupational Health.
You are an experienced leader and are able to manage change processes.
You are a problem solver and have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
You have a structured approach in organizing your work and in problem solving.
You are a real team player, show initiative and are result oriented.
