Job Description

As Betsson Group continues to grow, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Researcher to join our global HR team in Stockholm. Working on projects as well as specialist and senior recruitment, you will use various tools and resources to find the best people out there globally, and assist our HR team to deliver the best candidate experience in the industry.

Responsibilities
No two days will be the same but we?ll need you to partner with HR Managers, recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that drives an effective and innovative sourcing strategy. You will act as a search expert for specialist vacancies and senior hires, contact potential prospects and screen candidates for technical knowledge. In order to initiate a more proactive sourcing approach across the business, you will develop market maps and research the online community through internet, telephone research and networking. You will also use our existing database to build talent pools and maintain a highly organised system of contacts.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have experience of direct sourcing using innovative techniques. You have experience of working in an executive search firm doing research, or working as a sourcer for an in-house recruitment team. You should be an expert at using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, X-ray search and you always keep up to date with new approaches and tools. In our team we welcome proactivity and new ways of working, so we welcome people who aren?t afraid to come up with new, creative ideas.
Fluency in English and Swedish is essential for this role. You should be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Knowledge of the online industry is highly advantageous, as is experience of working with technology or marketing profiles.
