We are currently looking for a Requirement Manager for our customer within the automotive industry in Gothenburg.
Work description:
To analyze needs; collect, structure and compose specifications; and/or to test and validate that requirements have been met.
In the work as the Requirement Manager you will be responsible for the requirement work within projects. Targets shall be identified in the pre requisites and translated to requirements and further broken down to requirements on modules and systems. Requirements shall be balanced towards each other and the end result shall be documented and reported with a project requirement specification. Several different functions are involved in this work but the requirement manager is responsible for the progress. The requirement manager needs to manage many interfaces in this job.
Skills needed:
We are looking for a person that is interested in Systems Engineering and requirement management. The person must be very structured, analytical but can also think in new ways. One part of the job is to educate the organization and to improve the communication skills internally. Experience in Dimensions RM/Serena, work according to ISO/IEC15288 as well as a well-established network is meriting.
