We are present in all online markets, where we serve both online and store contacts for all brands within the H&M group.As a Requirement Analyst you lead the work for requirements related to our customer service systems, like our communication platform, chat solutions, workforce management, case management etc. Together with business representatives you have a close dialogue and collaboration with surrounding business functions, IT-teams and vendors.In this exciting and challenging role, you will work within a fast pasted environment where your deliveries will make a big difference for our business. We are a manage and control organization with deliveries from different vendors and internal IT teams.Continuous improvement is something we strive for, and we believe that you enjoy actively participating in an environment like this.To be successful in this role you have a genuine interest and passion for requirements and IT delivery. You're able to work methodically in a dynamic work environment with shifting demands. Together with our business representatives and our suppliers you will create great value to our Customer Service.Your responsibilitiesThe job as a Requirement Analyst comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.Your to do-list includes:Lead requirement analysis activities in close collaboration with IT, business, vendors and project leaders.Identify and define stakeholder needs and requirementsWrite requirements according to guidelines within H&MMake sure that the requirement and solution are well documentedRun and participate in meetings/WS with different stakeholdersDrive and follow up implementation to ensure requirements are met.Coordinate requirements between different maintenance areas and projects.Support business in various processes and be their IT partner.Together with the rest of the team identify and implement constant improvementsYour skillsJust like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.And your skills include:At least 3-4 years of practical experience in requirements analysisExperience of understanding business needs and jointly with business be able to document the requirements and then break down to IT requirements/ acceptance criteria together with Test lead.Good technical understanding, experience of working closely with external/internal vendors.Excellent communication skills in speech and writing both in English and SwedishQualifyingExperience working in global teams with both internal resources, vendors and business.Earlier work with Contact Center systems.Good business knowledge in the customer service area.The position is full time with placement in Borås.
