The Finance department comprises today Financial Control with 8 employees and Accounting with 13 employees and within Accounting we are now looking for a Reporting Responsible.
You will be a part of an exciting organization. We can offer you an interesting position which will give you a good view of the different finance processes/operations, with the possibility for you to develop yourself.
The purpose of the role is to deliver accurate and timely internal reports to HQ and driving reporting improvements to reach a Best Practice reporting process.
Key tasks and responsibilities are to work with:
• Reporting: Plan and execute all stages of the reporting process on a monthly basis in SAP R/3 and in BOFC (BO Financial Consolidation).
• Continues Improvement: Proactively drive reporting improvements with focus on error elimination.
• Communication: Drive networking with the organization, HQ and reporting colleagues.
• The Super User role: Act as a R/3 Super User within the Reporting area.

Also accuracy and precision are abilities crucial in this position. Furthermore you are open to changes and find them inspiring. Very good communication skills are also very valuable in this position.
Your educational background/work experience could be either a High School diploma within finance with several years of experience or a University degree within finance with some years of experience from similar work with good knowledge in reporting processes. You have a good accounting knowledge as well. You are familiar with SAP R/3 and have good knowledge in English, both written and verbal.
