ALE is owner of the finance processes within One4AL’s order to cash flows. One4AL is now rolled out in all countries in the WENA region, which makes ALE to a very exciting and challenging workplace.
Alfa Laval Europe AB (ALE) is now looking for a new member to the team for Reporting and Controlling in Lund. The position is permanent.
The team and the job
The team has a high financial competence level and works with a challenging combination of routine line activitities and project assignments. It is very fast paced environment where multi-tasking is essential, as well as willingness and ability to learn and also share previous knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities cover accounting tasks, account reconciliation, order and inventory costing, management reporting as well as governance over financial setup across various applications. The team provides assistance and expertize to local shared sevices colleagues in many areas affecting finance. Consolidation reporting for the WENA region is another important task covered by the team.
Your background
a finance university degree strong accounting and controlling skills with proven experience in balance sheet control in a commercial environment strong interest and experince with ERP solutions, finance and analytics tools in general ability and interest to build expertize in financial sub-processes, including preparation of documentation and acting as superuser supporting regular users experience in cost and inventory accounting a strong requirement experience in management reporting is an advantage you have a very good level of spoken and written English. You are also a good communicator both verbally and in writing you have very good computer skills and are a fast leaner in the use of new applications and tools you are a thorough, structured, investigative and analytical person. you function well independently and are able to dig into details and self learn in order to gain understanding of the full transaction flow you strive to meet deadlines and various milestones and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals. You are also a reliable team player with strong drive and a lot of energy.
