Who you are
What we are doing is human capital management optimizationAlfa Laval launched in October 2018 first wave of Workday, the market leading platform for human capital management. The launch covered all Alfa Laval companies and all employees (approx 15.000). The first wave included basic worker data, basic analytics, the processes of hiring, onboarding, managing job changes, offboarding, as well as managing performance and goals. The second wave launching in 2019 and 2020 will be covering recruitment, possibly learning, compensation, competencies, career development, talent management and more analytics. Our objectives are to enable managers to manage our people with efficiency, speed and quality and strengthen business decision-making with analytics and metrics based on global compliant data, and to create transparency for employees on their goals, performance and career paths. We are a team of 10 people based in Lund, Sweden, managing the project implementing more functionality as well as handling the operations of Workday, including user support towards Human Resources, training materials, change requests, system configuation of structures and processes, release management, user security roles and creating reports. About the jobTo get the analytics journey started we need a resource in the team for a period of 18 months. You will be part of the central team, based in Lund, with main focus on helping meet the demands for quality reports. This includes clarifying the needs with the requestors through dialogue based on your acquired understanding of the functional area and the data availability in Workday. With good overview and insights you will secure that reports created are according to decided priorities and structure leading to a harmonized, userfriendly, efficient and easy to maintain report portfolio. Your role will also be to support in the other areas of operations of Workday. You will receive training in how to create reports in Workday. Who are you?An analytical and structured team player with a passion for analytics. You are proactive and takes own initiative to get the insights needed to do the job. Your background could be some years experience working with Human Resources processes, and/or HRIS, giving you a headstart on understanding the analytics needs. A plus is also experience from working with Workday, or with report writing, or working with analytics/business intelligence.
