About the position
On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for a Release Coordinator. The company is a world-leading supplier of transport solutions and together with partners and customers they are driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. The service is located at our customer's head office in Södertälje.
Your daily tasks
You will have a close dialogue with both developers and group managers through embedded systems. You will also be working closely with the developing groups and identify any risk that can stop the flow. More specifically your responsibilities include:
Control and document the events of the process.
Support the participants of the process on various issues
Organize, prepare, and facilitate meetings
Follow up on the progress of issues in the process
Track deviations in the process
Administrative support in planning and prioritization
Produce and describe statistics on the current state of the process
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a high problem-solving ability and a curious mindset. You find it easy to connect with new people and create fast working relationships. You have the ability to handle several parallel tasks and analyze workflows. Furthermore, we hope that you are service minded, independent, and self-motivated.
Requirements
MSc/BSc in project management/embedded system
Experience in Jira
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English and Swedish
Meritorious
Good skills in Excel and knowledge in agile methodologies such as SAFe
Contract type and hours
Full time consulting assignment for 2 years. Start November 1st, 2022.
