Professional and motivated employees ensure our success and we are now looking for a new colleague to join our global Regulatory team. In this role you will be locally responsible for the Regulatory area for the Nordics and report to the Director Regulatory.
Your main Responsibilities will be:
• Ensure that all legal requirements in Regulatory, namely in export control and customs are strictly followed in Nordic.
• Customer and legal authority contact person regarding export control, customs and product safety questions, including declaration to Nordic authorities in these areas.
• Maintenance of raw materials information in our raw materials data base including approvals for new raw materials on behalf of Regulatory.
• Support in customer certifications and respond to customer inquiries.
• Support SAP (and ideally IHS Atrion which is our SHE data calculation system for our safety data sheets and labels) for the Nordics as far as Regulatory is concerned.
• Support in labels and SDSs guidance, supervision of this in the Nordic sites as global suppliers in terms of Regulatory compliance.
• Support and close cooperation with Regulatory global in all relevant matters to ensure best practice.
• Part of ?Daily Business Manager? Regulatory Team in Europe; supporting also other Flint Group sites in Regulatory issues with focus on blocked orders due to export control issues (SAP based).
Your professional Experience:
• We believe that you have a minimum of two years experience in a Regulatory role, working with chemicals.
• You have a Degree in Chemistry or similar
• You have good knowledge in Customs and Export control
• You have good knowledge in Regulatory related legislation in Sweden, and preferable Denmark, Finland and Norway
• You are experienced in SAP and preferable IHS Atrion
To be successful in this role your analytical skills are highly developed. You put attention to details and value structure and order in your work. You are a good communicator and fluent in Scandinavian language and English. You thrive in a challenging working environment and work well on own initiative as well as in a team.
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Lund or Trelleborg
