We are currently looking for a Regulatory Manager to join our Legal team in Stockholm.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring regulation impacting our business and development as well as guiding strategic decisions while collaborating with stakeholders across the company. Working closely with the compliance, risk, and legal teams, you will develop and oversee regulatory frameworks to ensure adherence to DORA, GDPR, and relevant financial regulations. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on implementation, ensuring adherence measures align with business objectives and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising regulatory matters with DORA, GDPR, and relevant financial regulations, including the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation.
• Develop and enhance internal policies and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Provide regulatory guidance to leadership and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and monitor regulatory changes.
• Conduct internal training on regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to integrate regulatory processes into business operations.
Who You Are
We are seeking a proactiveRegulatory Managerwho is self-motivated, structured, and analytical, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and extensive experience in a regulated financial environment.
To succeed in this role, you must be a highly skilled legal professional with a solution-oriented mindset and a practical, proactive approach to addressing challenges. You should be passionate about supporting business success by providing strategic regulatory guidance.
Furthermore, strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential. You should be a team player who is adaptable and willing to take a hands-on approach when needed.
Requirements:
• A LLM degree from a Swedish university.
• At least five years of relevant experience in financial regulations, gained at a law firm, financial institution, or within the financial or payment services sector.
• Extensive experience in DORA, MiFID, PSD2, GDPR, and/or other financial regulations.
• Experience managing regulatory interactions and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in both Swedish and English.
